What You Can Expect During Your First Visit

Streamlined Patient Registration

Registration can be completed on our home page prior to your first appointment. Our front desk will provide you with a user name and password. We greatly appreciate you getting most of your paperwork done online ahead of time before your first visit with us. Your help also allows our staff to begin collecting important information from your general dental office and insurance company coordinate treatment and to make that visit smoother and easier . 

Your first visit will consist of a consultation appointment. This includes a clinical examination and diagnostic imaging.   We will discuss your individual diagnosis and treatment options. In some cases, treatment can be started on the same day as the consultation.

If treatment requires you to schedule a second appointment, the doctor will make that recommendation along with treatment options.

Please be prepared to provide the following information at the time of your consultation:

• Identification:
• Your referral slip from your general dental office
• Any documentation for your health history including medications
• Insurance card/information, if applicable
• Form of payment, if applicable
